Questions and answers
Is it free?
Yes. Every level and every daily challenge is free, and there are no ads. If you would like to support the game, you can leave a tip in Telegram Stars; it unlocks nothing.
Do I need to install anything or sign up?
No. The game runs inside Telegram, so all you need is Telegram itself. There is no account to create: your Telegram is enough.
Which devices does it work on?
On any device with Telegram: Android phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad, computers, and Telegram Web in a browser. You can start a game on one and continue on another.
How are the puzzles made?
Each puzzle is generated when you start a game, so they never run out. Every puzzle has exactly one solution and can be solved by logic, without guessing. Its level depends on the techniques it needs, not on how many digits are given.
How do hints work?
Each game has one hint. It does not just fill a cell: it shows the cells that matter, explains the step and names the technique behind it. If a digit or a note on the board is wrong, the hint corrects that first.
What is the daily challenge?
One puzzle a day, the same for every player, at a level that depends on the day of the week. A solved day earns a star, and a month with every day solved earns its trophy. Days you missed can be played later from the calendar.
Can I play with friends or in a group?
Yes. Share any puzzle or daily challenge, and your friend gets the same grid with your time to beat. Add @sudoku_hub_bot to a group, and every day at 12:00 UTC it posts the daily puzzle, then keeps the standings of the members who solved it.
What does the game keep about me?
Your games and statistics are kept in your Telegram and on your device. Our statistics know a player only by a random ID. The bot keeps a Telegram ID in two cases only: for the reminders you turned on, and for a win counted in a group's standings, with your first name, for 8 days. This page uses no cookies and no analytics.
